Inference Solutions IVR builder Integrates with BroadSoft BroadWorks

Inference Solutions has announced the release of Studio 2.0, its no code IVR builder environment which integrates natively with BroadSoft’s BroadWorks platform. Studio 2.0 enables BroadSoft service providers to develop advanced speech recognition, touch tone and text to speech enabled applications without the need to become familiar in programming languages such as CCXML and VXML.  These applications are now available to service providers as part of a Software as a Service offering for the North American market. The no code IVR builder has been designed with BroadSoft service providers in mind and provides true multi-tenancy and native integration with the BroadWorks platform.  Studio 2.0 enables complex inbound and outbound IVR call flows to be built in hours and includes such features as out of the box web services integration, as well as conditional queue selection for more efficient call distribution, such as queue status based routing, customer data based routing and highly complex calendar and schedule functionality. Studio 2.0 enables BroadSoft customers to reduce their operating costs and enhance the customer experience by creating outbound applications such as customer surveys, prescription reminders, appointment reminders and payment due notifications "As Enterprises move their phone systems into the cloud they still need the capability to provide advanced IVR and speech recognition services to their customers" said James Turner, CEO of Inference. "Studio 2.0 provides a rapid development and deployment environment that enables service providers to begin deploying these applications using a simple web-based interface.  This ensures that IVR projects are less complex and less expensive as a result.” Inference Studio 2.0 was launched as part of IP Live at BroadSoft Connections October 23, 2012 More at www.inferencesolutions.com
