68% of service providers offered team collaboration in 2019, and SD-WAN investment was strong.

Current Services: 2020

A slightly larger number – 70% of providers – reported offering team collaboration this year even though only 20% were considering it in 2019.

The pandemic resulted in an influx of Microsoft Teams offerings as providers addressed the need for collaboration.
