This side-by-side comparison of 2019 and 2020 data shows the evolution of the industry and opens a window into the minds of cloud communications service providers.     

Services Offered: 2019

68% of service providers offered team collaboration in 2019, and SD-WAN investment was strong.

Current Services: 2020

A slightly larger number – 70% of providers – reported offering team collaboration this year even though only 20% were considering it in 2019.

The pandemic resulted in an influx of Microsoft Teams offerings as providers addressed the need for collaboration.
