Introducing Mtel: New CCA Member

PrintMtel, a new member of the CCA, distinguishes itself by focusing on providing a rich amount of contextual information to its customers, in addition to providing hosted services. Often used by contact and call centers, Mtel’s products are valued by many companies that have a business to consumer relationship. Mtel has also provided innovation in the marketing of cloud based services by providing its customers animations that make sometimes disparate concepts come together. The firm has joined CCA to help build the cloud communications industry and because of the CCA’s value on matters such as regulatory issues.
