New feature brings integrated scheduling and video conferencing under one roof for partners and their customers — no third-party tools required

The iotum Calendar Booking Page eliminates that friction entirely.
Available immediately as part of the iotum whitelabel package at no additional cost, the Calendar Booking Page allows end users to schedule one-on-one meetings while automatically generating an iotum video conferencing link. Everything happens under the partner’s brand. iotum stays quietly in the background.

- Simple guest booking flow with confirmation and calendar invites
- Timezone-aware scheduling to eliminate confusion for hosts and guests
Included at No Additional Cost
The Calendar Booking Page is included as part of the “plug-in bundle” in the iotum whitelabel package. Partners can begin offering the feature to their “Pro Plan” customers immediately with minimal connection work.
Future enhancements — including embed options, custom fields, co-host support, multi-type booking pages, and SMS/email reminders — are already in development and will be communicated to partners in advance.
