Litigation Department, was recognized as one of
Law Week Colorado’s 2017 Up & Coming Lawyers. Focusing on complex commercial litigation, Justin counsels clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels and in private arbitration. He has represented health care, energy, hospitality, technology and construction companies as well as municipalities, manufacturers and entities in a wide range of other industries. Justin was also recognized for his extensive pro bono work with the firm, including assisting domestic abuse survivors through Project Safeguard.
