Kevin Walsh Joins Brownstein’s Litigation Department as Of Counsel

February 21, 2018 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Kevin Walsh has joined the firm’s Litigation Department as of counsel and will be based in the firm’s Denver office. In his practice, Walsh will specialize in construction law and commercial litigation. “Kevin is a skilled litigator whose background complements Brownstein’s work on behalf of clients in the development and construction industries, and we look forward to his contributions in this space,” said Eric Burris, chair of Brownstein’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining Brownstein, Walsh was an associate principal at The Holt Group, LLC, where he provided legal services to general contractors, design builders, subcontractors, architects, engineers, private owners and governmental entities. These services included contract drafting and negotiation; dispute avoidance and mitigation; litigation, mediation and arbitration; and appeals. Walsh currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado’s College of Engineering & Applied Science, where he teaches a course on the legal aspects of construction.
