Masergy Appoints Maria Gotes as Chief Human Resources Officer

Gotes joins the executive team to accelerate human capital opportunities to fuel growth DALLAS — May 1, 2019 —  Masergy, a leading provider of managed SD-WAN, cloud communications and managed security solutions, announced today that Maria Gotes will serve as Masergy’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) heading the company’s global HR organization. Gotes has more than 15 years of experience leading human resource teams, having held senior positions across recruitment, operations and strategic talent development at a number of leading technology companies. She joins Masergy from TriTech Software Systems, where she served as SVP of Human Resources, overseeing the HR function by focusing on employer branding, employee engagement and corporate culture. Prior to that role, Gotes was the SVP of HR at Tiempo Development, a rapidly growing software services company.
