Reston – September 24, 2018 – The Washingtonian again named Cooley partner Mike Lincoln a Tech Titan as part of its list of Washington’s top tech leaders. This marks the sixth consecutive time Lincoln has been recognized by the publication as one of the most important and innovative people in the DC metropolitan area’s digital economy.
