In a recent  survey of 2,500 business professionals across North America, Western Europe and Australia, 74 percent of respondents said better communications and collaboration tools would help improve their personal productivity. More than half also ranked face-to-face meetings as the most effective way to communicate and nearly 40 percent expect video meetings to become more frequent in the next three to five years.
