Proactive Network Maintenance (PNM) tool, which is a fully integrated add-on to their BBX Broadband Management platform. The 24/7 monitoring tool is designed to help companies track network health, pinpoint faults, develop better reliability and reduce truck rolls. “Our new PNM features will further enable operators to grow their businesses by becoming more efficient at managing and building networks. BBX WiFi capabilities. BBX WiFi enables operators to view data points to diagnose slow speeds and easily complete tasks such as password resets and security profile updates. “BBX WiFi will allow operators to more tightly manage and monitor their WiFi devices, which will reduce the time customers spend on the phone with support for simple tasks such as updating passwords.
