NewVoiceMedia announces new APAC headquarters

In response to increasing demand in the APAC market, NewVoiceMedia, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, has announced its new regional headquarters in Sydney, Australia. The new office is located in Tower 2 of the Sydney Darling Park business centre, one of the city’s most unique developments. Set in the heart of the central business district, the modern office space offers spectacular views of the city and harbour, and is just minutes from Sydney International Airport and Town Hall Station. Brett Waters, VP APAC, who recently joined NewVoiceMedia to drive business development and sales in the region, comments: “The company’s expansion into Sydney, a global hub of business innovation, will strengthen our footprint in APAC which is one of our highest growth regions. As an industry leading organisation, we are always looking for ways to better serve our customers and prospects and the opening of this office provides us with an excellent facility to base our team". NewVoiceMedia’s commitment to the region is an integral part of its plans for worldwide expansion. The company, which is headquartered in the UK, is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market according to industry analyst DMG Research, and has doubled the number of staff in the last year to meet increased demand for its technology.
