NEXVORTEX SIP TRUNKING IS CERTIFIED WITH AUDIOCODES FOR MICROSOFT TEAMS

nexVortex Now Supports Microsoft Teams Direct Routing for Voice Calls HERNDON, VA (September 11, 2019) –  nexVortex, a leader in high-quality cloud communications and an industry expert in both Managed SIP Trunking and Managed Hosted Voice, announced the completion of certification testing between nexVortex SIP Trunking and AudioCodes’ session border controller (SBC) to support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. Testing was completed with both the AudioCodes premise-based gateway and their virtual SBC, and now the nexVortex service is easily selectable in the AudioCodes configuration wizard. Microsoft Teams users can now take advantage of nexVortex’s feature-rich SIP Trunking service for voice calls to and from the public switched telephone network (PSTN), saving them money and providing a level of functionality unseen from other SIP providers. That functionality includes the ability to share one SIP Trunking  plan among all licensed Teams users in the organization (providing tremendous cost savings), autodetecting disaster recovery, and E911 support for corporate or remote phones. nexVortex’s E911 solution can identify a registered caller’s location with accuracy down to the building, floor, or room level and those address assignments can easily be handled from a centralized private portal. “The team at AudioCodes was great to work with and we are extremely pleased to complete this certification testing,” said Mike Nowak, nexVortex VP of Sales. “It opens the door to Teams users to take full advantage of the value of our SIP Trunking service, and as a Microsoft Teams user ourselves, we know they will love it.” For more information about nexVortex support of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, please contact us at,  sales@nexvortex.com or call +1.855.639.8888.
