Nicole Ament Honored by ColoradoBiz as a 2025 Top Woman in Colorado Business

Nicole Ament, a member of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Executive Committee and a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Department, was recognized by ColoradoBiz as a 2025 Top Woman in Colorado Business. The award honors industry-leading executives, business owners and entrepreneurs for their outstanding contributions and dedication to their professions, communities and society at large.
Focusing on land use, development, financing and disposition, Ament spearheads transactions featuring complex portfolios and large single assets. With more than 25 years of experience real estate law, she draws on diverse experience navigating complicated development and land use issues, to ensure her clients across the nation—from resorts and second-home communities to mixed-use projects and recreational developments—meet their business goals. Previously, Ament served as the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department as well as its Hospitality, Resort Recreation industry group.
A leader in all aspects of her life, Ament is also a champion of various social and community initiatives. She previously served as co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, and on the committees of five advocacy and charitable groups, including Habitat for Humanity and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
She was celebrated at a gala event at Mile High Station on July 29.
