Colleen Sheley — VP of Marketing  

Colleen is a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing executive with 20+ years of experience leading high-growth organizations. At NUSO, she will drive brand differentiation, scalable go-to-market programs, and measurable pipeline growth, while building a global marketing function that closely aligns with Sales and Product to deliver customer and partner success.  

Jon Dailey — VP of Channel Sales, EMEA  

Jon brings over 30 years of experience in technology sales and channel leadership. With a strong track record in building high-performance teams and fostering strategic channel partnerships, Jon will expand NUSO’s channel presence across EMEA, helping partners unlock new opportunities in UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud services.  

Pamela Rodis — Head of Channel Sales Operations, EMEA  

Pam is an award-winning account management and business development leader with 16+ years of international success driving revenue growth, market share, and client satisfaction. She will lead NUSO’s EMEA channel operations, ensuring partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver exceptional outcomes for their customers.
