's 11th Annual Turnaround Awards. The firm was recognized as a winner in the M&A Transaction Award category for Distressed M&A Deal of the Year (Over $100MM to $250MM). Q Advisors LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to ATN International in its acquisition of Caribbean Asset Holdings LLC ("CAH") from the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation. CAH is the holding company for the Innovative group of companies operating cable TV, Internet and landline services primarily in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
