Q Advisors Represents Dean One in its Acquisition by Gamma Communications

Amstelveen, Netherlands - The UK publicly-traded telecom and internet provider, Gamma Communications plc (Gamma) (AIM: GAMA), has acquired DX Groep BV (dba Dean One), based in the Netherlands. This transaction coincides with Gamma’s broader European ambitions to expand its market leadership position across the continent. Dean One has experienced enormous growth in the Dutch market in recent years and is now entering a new phase as part of an international telecom and cloud services provider. As part of the transaction, Willem van Ingen has been appointed as CEO and Bas van de Heuvel as COO of Dean One. The acquisition marks the establishment of Gamma in the Netherlands and kick-starts the Company’s broader European roll-up initiative in the cloud communications space. Klaas Bottema and Frank Caris from Dean One will join the management of Gamma in Europe and will focus on expanding its footprint over the broader European region.
