The integration of Multicast+ with Streaming Manager for Enterprise gives IBM Cloud Video customers a Flash-free IP multicasting solution for optimizing live video traffic behind the corporate firewall.IBM Cloud Video  Streaming Manager for Enterprise is a cloud-based platform that makes it easy for organizations to deliver town halls, trainings and department communications to employees everywhere. It supports both live and on-demand video and integrates with single sign-on (SSO) solutions, enabling employees to securely collaborate and increase engagement. As IBM Cloud Video customers increase the use of video for enterprise communications, the challenges of distributing video on bandwidth-constrained corporate networks becomes more pronounced. Deploying an enterprise content delivery network (eCDN) optimizes the flow of video traffic behind the firewall, alleviating network congestion and significantly reducing bandwidth consumption.
