Redcentric is First Partner to Deliver CX Analytics for Microsoft Teams to the Marketplace in the UK

With the recent launch of Akixi’s CX Analytics for Microsoft Teams, we’re excited to be the first partner to be able to deliver this innovative solution to market which will help customers to use real-time call analytics to improve customer engagement and generate operational efficiencies.

With telephone being by far the most significant channel of communication for many customers, call analytics offers the insights to improve customer experience, deliver better service and drive revenue.

CX Analytics brings the ability to analyse call data from directly within the Microsoft Teams interface and is designed to provide a seamless user experience ensuring users never have to leave their familiar Teams interface.

Designed for ease and efficiency, users can access an intuitive ‘Akixi button’ for instant access to a wealth of metrics such as call volumes, call queuing, wait times, abandoned calls and missed calls.

Highly flexible, the platform offers more than 300 data metrics to create bespoke reports catering for specific business needs.

Redcentric already have an Akixi service which connects with Redcentric’s hosted telephony platform (Unity). This latest addition to the Akixi portfolio ensures an equivalent service for customers already on Redcentric’s hosted telephony platform (Unity), and for any customer transitioning from Unity to Teams.
