Reinvent Telecom Strengthens Engineering & Partner Support Teams to Keep Pace with Accelerated Growth

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ., August 8, 2018 –  Reinvent Telecom, a provider of private-label communications platform as a service (CPaaS), has added two VoIP engineers and a partner success specialist to support the rapid growth of its white-label reseller partner program for cloud-based Unified Communications, Collaboration and Contact Center services. Reinvent’s Partner Program is supported by highly experienced technical, sales and marketing professionals who assist resellers with planning, launching and selling high-quality Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), conferencing and collaboration, contact center and SIP Trunking solutions. The recent hires will strengthen those efforts as the company continues to sign new reseller partners and scale. “In addition to our Reinvent Partner Portal, which offers self-service management from quoting to billing, we strive to provide exceptional support with a personal touch,” said Ray Napoletano, Vice President of Sales for Reinvent. “These additional hires will ensure that partners have resources to help them transform their businesses into next-generation cloud-based communications service providers.” Reinvent’s new hires include:
  • Jake Livingstone, VoIP Engineer III: Livingstone has more than 20 years of experience with engineering, evaluating, testing and troubleshooting voice/video/data networks, including worldwide technical support for the President of the United States as a member of the White House Communications Agency. He comes to Reinvent from Metaswitch where he spent 12 years as a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) and, later, a Senior Trainer, training Metaswitch customers around the world.
  • Nija Richie, VoIP Engineer I: Richie is a seasoned operations professional and has 20 years of technical experience with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), metro Ethernet, data center, networking solutions and cloud services. Prior to joining Reinvent, she worked at Allstream, Integra and AT&T in various technical capacities.
  • Adrienne Jones, Partner Support Specialist: Jones brings more than 10 years of experience in channel sales management and support. Prior to joining Reinvent, she worked at Allstream as a regional channel sales manager. Before that she spent eight years at Integra in various sales support and channel roles.
