RICHARD JALKUT JOINS MERIPLEX BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Houston, TX – Meriplex is thrilled to announce the newest addition to their board of directors, Richard Jalkut, former CEO of TPx Communications. With over 35 years’ experience in the telecommunications and managed services industry, Richard will help provide and steer Meriplex’s mission, vision and goals to continue to drive their success in the market. Richard served as CEO of TPx Communications leading and driving overall company strategy for 19 years before retiring in early 2020. Prior to joining TPx, Richard was president and CEO of Pathnet Telecom. Proceeding that, he served as president, CEO and Chairman of NYNEX Telephone Companies. During his 32-year tenure with NYNEX, Jalkut oversaw and presided over 100,000 employees and 16 million customers, producing around $12 billion of annual revenue.
