Before joining RingCentral, Campa was a partner at Sierra Ventures, where he evaluated investments and helped portfolio companies scale up operations and drive revenue. Prior to that, Campa served as CEO of Reachable, a social CRM company, and he has also served as CMO of Taleo, where he played a key role in growing the company leading to its $1.9B acquisition by Oracle. Earlier in his career, Campa was the founding CEO of JasperSoft, which was a pioneer in the open source business intelligence sector. He also served as vice president of marketing at Actuate, where he was instrumental in scaling the business from a startup to a successful public company. Campa also held leadership positions at Sybase and Sun Microsystems, helping them grow to over $1 billion in revenue. Campa earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
