Soluno strengthens its position in the Swedish market through acquisitions

December 1, 2021 - Soluno has acquired the Swedish part for cloud-based telephony from Techstep. The agreement reflects both companies' ambition to be a leader in their core business. For Soluno, this means that in terms of market share, it is now treading for third place within UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service). Techstep is based on the same technology platform as Soluno, which is safe for customers, who now also have access to Soluno's entire range of services. Techstep will focus and streamline its core business; Managed Mobility Services. Soluno invests primarily in organic growth, but of course evaluates potential acquisitions when opportunities arise in these consolidation times.
