Summa’s click-to-dial solution at the WHD.local

Summa’s click-to-dial solution received a positive response from the attending hosting companies
Besides being an excellent platform for showcasing your products, WHD.local is the chance to network with industry peers and share insights into the newest trends in the hosting industries. As sponsor of the WHD.local in Amsterdam, Summa had the chance to demo its click-to-dial solution Summa Contact to the visitors that attended the conference on September 3. This dial widget can be placed on any web application and allows companies to be one click away from their customers. Especially hosters were enthusiastic about the product as it represents an innovative solution to add to their portfolio. Summa is an innovative company in the communications market. We combine the 10 years of experience in telecommunications of our parent company Voiceworks with our cloud software expertise. Our click-to-dial product is the example of this combination as it is perceived as a telco functionality but deployed on a software service. The product is customizable to the look and feel of the customer and it can be adapted to any communication needs. The IVR functionality is already available and on demand features such as video, chat and screen sharing could be integrated into the dial solution. We are looking forward to further discuss the possibilities of Summa Contact with the attending hosters.
