Telemerge and Long View Systems: A Partnership in the Cloud

MARKHAM, Ontario, CALGARY, Alberta and, DENVER, Colorado, June 17, 2014 – Telemerge and Long View Systems announced today their new partnership agreement to bring cloud-based video conferencing to a broader market across Canada and the United States. With this agreement, Long View is authorized to resell Telemerge’s Telepresence-as-a-Service (TPaaS) video collaboration services subscription model.
Telemerge’s TPaaS solution is a subscription-based video conferencing service that makes it easy and affordable for organizations of any size to realize the benefits that richer communication through high-quality video can offer.
Adding Telemerge to Long View’s existing Collaboration practice enhances the ability for customers to choose the right balance of on-premise and cloud solutions, while still allowing full end-to-end integration.
“We wanted a partner who could not only deliver on the promise of a robust cloud-based video conferencing solution but who also shares our philosophy of striving to ensure customer satisfaction.” said Kent MacDonald, Vice President Converged Infrastructure at Long View Systems.
“Telemerge’s TPaaS is a perfect complement to our current cloud offerings, and Telemerge has a demonstrated commitment to service excellence.”  Added Telemerge CEO Simon Doo, “With Long View’s established network of clients across the continent a partnership makes sense in allowing us to increase our reach much more quickly and effectively than by building a market presence on our own. That they also share our values around service and satisfaction was of equal importance to us. “
By combining Telemerge’s expertise in managed and cloud video conferencing services, with Long View’s rich history in providing cloud services and outsourced IT, Long View can now offer a full suite of video and collaboration solutions to its customers.
