The Recorder Names Cooley Partner Barbara Borden Woman Leader in Tech Law

San Diego – October 16, 2018 – The Recorder has named Cooley partner Barbara Borden to its elite Women Leaders in Tech Law list for the third consecutive year. Additionally, legal directors and general counsels of Cooley clients eBay, Faraday Future, Salesforce, Uber and Zynga were also named to the list. This annual distinction recognizes recent outstanding work by California-based lawyers whose practices focus on technology companies and issues.Co-chair of Cooley's M&A practice, Borden focuses her practice on M&A, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and other complex transactions, and public securities law.
