A veteran of the software and telecom sectors, Deres brings more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, building industry-recognized security programs, and driving operational growth.

He joins TPx from Quest Software, where he led global IT modernization, cut security incidents by 90%, and restructured partner systems to boost channel performance. Deres has also held executive roles at Rocket Software and ACI Worldwide, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, data visibility, and cross-functional alignment.
