July 2, 2020 - VozTelecom announces that its parent company Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), a leading technology company and provider of communications services for companies in the UK, Netherlands and Spain markets, has announced the acquisition of 80% of the capital of HFO Holding AG (“HFO”) on July 1, 2020 (with an option to acquire the remaining 20% over the next three years). HFO is one of the leading 'SIP Trunk' providers in Germany with an excellent reputation for the quality of its products and the service provided to its customers. It develops its strategy through its specialization in IP voice services and in the development of the business communications market and has recently started the commercialization of 'Cloud PBX' services ( Cloud PBX ) through its extensive network of partners. channel throughout the German market. In the UK, Gamma has been able to turn its relevant position in 'SIP Trunk' into one of leadership in the 'Cloud PBX' market. The Gamma team will work with the experienced HFO management team to replicate its successful model in Germany. Like Gamma, HFO markets its services primarily through a network of resellers, wholesalers, and distributors, as well as directly to the end customer.
