WVT Communications Group Declares Dividend

21 Feb, 2012

The Board of Directors of Warwick Valley Telephone Company (NASDAQ: WWVY), referred to as WVT Communications Group or the Company, the parent company of leading cloud communications pioneers, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 30, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2012. In addition, the Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on the outstanding 5,000 shares of the Company's 5% Preferred Shares to be paid on March 30, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2012.
