Yealink T4 series IP Phone – The Paperless DSS Keys ‘Green’ Solution

Xiamen, China — Environmental responsibility is becoming a global phenomenon. As population levels, energy and resource use grow, business people in particular are increasingly concerned that technology is having a detrimental impact on the world in which we live and work. No-one takes this more seriously than Yealink. For this reason, the T4 series incorporates major advances in energy efficiency and pioneering moves towards the paperless office. Our concern is to help Yealink’s customers worldwide meet their voluntary and statutory environmental targets.  

  Across the world, businesses, governments and government agencies, the banking and financial sector, plus large institutions such as universities now routinely account for their actions in audited environmental management systems. Yealink’s Paperless DSS Keys innovation has a positive overall effect. The concept advanced in the SIP-T4 series is the Page Switching key. Different models within the series exploit this feature in different ways. The T46G for example includes 10 physical programmable line keys which can be configured up to 27 paperless DSS keys. In contrast, the T42G and T41P both use 6 physical programmable line keys which can be configured up to 15 paperless DSS keys. Using the EXP40 extension system, there are 20 physical keys that can be used in conjunction with up to 40 paperless DSS keys. Two pages can be viewed. Yealink will continue to develop solutions that help customers meet their commitments to safeguard the environment while also being able to prove their practical ‘green’ credentials.
