Yeastar Certifies Interoperability with More VTech SIP Phones

Yeastar LogoYeastar announces certification of VTech ErisTerminal® and ErisStation® products on the Auto Provision App of Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX and Yeastar Cloud PBX. Beaverton, OR / Xiamen, China – July 31st, 2018 – Yeastar, a leading provider of host- and premise-based VoIP PBX, and VTech Communications, Inc., a global leader and manufacturer of SIP-based phones, have certified interoperability. The two companies have joined forces to provide businesses across the country with reliable, cost-effective, and flexible business communication systems. Comprehensive tests involved the interoperability of Yeastar  S-Series VoIP PBX and Yeastar  Cloud PBX. The platform added the following new VTech models to the Yeastar Auto Provision application, resulting in successful interoperability and ease of configuration with the Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX and Yeastar Cloud PBX: ErisTerminal® SIP Deskset:

We are expecting to include more VTech SIP Phone models in our IP Phone Auto Provisioning support list in the future.” VTech designed the new ET685 color deskset for people who manage and delegate calls on a daily basis. Employees can easily handle multiple calls via a 4.3-inch color LCD display, 10 clear lines of information and four soft keys. The ET685 can simultaneously support up to 12 SIP lines or accounts from a single setup. A second LCD screen gives users access to four pages of six self-labeling feature keys for instant access to programmable functions. Small businesses can easily deploy and use the VDP650 Series phones, which fulfill a previously unaddressed need for small, active businesses. These phones provide complete communication mobility without sacrificing the familiarity of traditional desktop setups. The VDP651 cordless handset’s key system emulation operation enables someone to place a call on hold with one button, and then retrieve the call from another device. An employee can easily direct a call made to a main number to another employee without interruption. From there, an employee can answer, hold or transfer the incoming call directly from the handset. “Restaurants, retail stores and many other small businesses are likely to find the key system emulation an ideal communications feature for their busy workplaces,” said Ernie Levenson, president, VTech Communications. Businesses can also improve their meetings with VTech ErisStation conference phones with two wireless mics, which scale from small offices to large conference rooms. The VCS752 features Bluetooth® technology for hands-free calls and connectivity to headsets and mobile devices. For large meetings, participants can pair up to three VCS850 Expansion Wireless Speakerphones to the VCS752 for increased volume and microphone pickup.
