Zenoss Announces New Cisco ZenPack for Enterprise Customers

 Offers Increased Visibility Into Converged Infrastructure and Virtual Network Services AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Jun 19, 2012) - Zenoss, a leading provider of unified IT operations software for physical, virtual, and cloud-based IT infrastructure, today announced the availability of a new Cisco ZenPack for the monitoring and management of devices within Cisco's converged infrastructure and virtual network services. Zenoss' unified model driven approach offers service-based event management that reduces MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and virtually eliminates event storms for quicker and easier remediation of infrastructure failures. The new Cisco ZenPack provides enhanced and new support for the following devices:
  • Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000, 1000v, and VSG
  • Catalyst 6500, VSS, FWSM, and ACE
  • MDS 9513
  • ASR 9000, 1000
