NewVoiceMedia is strengthening its position in North America as a leading cloud contact centre vendor, with the appointment of Monica Girolami as Head of Marketing North America. Monica joins the company’s growing Sales & Marketing team in San Francisco with immediate effect, bringing over 13 years’ marketing, business development and channel experience to the role. Most recently she served as Director, SMB Product Marketing at Symantec where she managed the positioning, training and go-to-market strategy for multiple product lines. Her appointment to the newly-created role reflects the company’s significant growth and closely follows the appointment of Eric Coyle as Vice President Sales Engineering, North America. The business has doubled its number of staff over the last year to meet increased demand for its technology.
