ECG is tackling top of mind challenges facing unified communications providers, CCA Podcast

“How do you integrate with all the different platforms, whether it's Teams and Zoom and all the other options? How do you bring a cellular or mobile option to a UC provider? Those kinds of things are really important changes that are coming to unified communication providers, collaboration providers.” Mark Lindsey of ECG will be exhibiting answers to these challenges at Cloud Connections 2024. “We're talking about how to integrate in new members of the engineering team to help build those products out and make those kind of new product ideas a reality.”

Mark sees the CCA’s annual conference as a place for people share fresh thinking on challenges, learn about new opportunities and come together to build a stronger industry. “It's a great show because the people there are really talking about a lot of new ideas, kind of what's around the bend, around the corner things. Mark also notes how CCA’s event looks at the interface between products, services, innovations, with public policy, regulation, and the law.
