Future of Work - Hybrid work exposes gaps for the enterprise, Podcast

In the recent study sponsored by Dubber and AT&T Business, conducted by Incisiv, we learned that the majority of enterprise leadership participating identified major gaps over the last 2 years as it pertained to supporting a hybrid work model, previously not as predominant.  Now that it’s obvious a dispersed workforce will remain in place going forward, these gaps must be closed for businesses to attain profitability and sustained growth.

In Part 2 of this 4 part series focused on the ‘Future of Work’, we will discuss with Adrian Di Pietrantonio, Dubber’s EVP of Global Platforms & Partners, what top challenges surfaced in this research, the most pressing organizational gaps that must be addressed, and what role Conversational Intelligence plays in addressing these critical issues.
