“We were one of the first to actually do voice within Microsoft back in the days of Link and even Skype,” says William Rubio of CallTower. “I think when you really look at working and navigating within Microsoft and understanding the value add that you can bring to your customers, it's exciting. We have a lot of expertise there and we still learn every day something new that we just didn't know. And it's really it keeps me up at night at the same time. It's exciting.”
