“We were one of the first to actually do voice within Microsoft back in the days of Link and even Skype,” says William Rubio of CallTower. In this brief podcast Rubio discusses how his organization was one of the pioneering firms in doing Operator Connect on Microsoft Teams going back to September of 2021, along the way of trajectory of mastering how to make Microsoft Teams deliver on its full potential. Rubio will be speaking on, “Mastering the Microsoft Matrix” at the upcoming Cloud Connections event. Rubio reminds us that his talk will be part of a tradition at the Cloud Communications Alliance of cloud communications companies helping each other learn, peer to peer, sometimes, competitors, sometimes partners, building on a shared wealth of learning.

“I think when you really look at working and navigating within Microsoft and understanding the value add that you can bring to your customers, it's exciting. We have a lot of expertise there and we still learn every day something new that we just didn't know. And it's really it keeps me up at night at the same time. It's exciting.”
