Podcast: A bright star in the UC/UCaaS/CPaaS galaxy

“Everything we do is designed to help the channel partner,” says David Portnowitz CMO of Star2Star Communications. Portnowitz and Graham Potter, Star2Star’s CKO, discuss in this podcast how their company has carved out a unique identity in the rising CPaaS market. “We bring in new partners to this business every month,” says Potter, but Potter tells us that Star2Star makes a major investment in training and in personalizing the partnership so that their channel partners are informed, supported and equipped to take on their respective markets.
In this podcast, we learn about the company’s three platform approach to offering suitable solutions to a variety of customers, including the their new fully hosted offering. Presenting customizable solutions and choice, plus a variety of unique experiences and other choices such as top of the line end points are a part of how Star2Star has worked to stay ahead of the temptation to compete only by price. We also get a glimpse of the company’s plans for an innovative 2018.
Star2Star also offers a podcast service of its own, Heads in The Cloud.
