Podcast: A closer look at BluIP’s solution for Microsoft Teams

“At our inception, we started out as a white-label service provider,” says Medy Shahoveissi of BluIP. Shahoveissi reports that this meant BluIP had to have a stringent customer service platform and a solid platform, as BluIp built its service from the ground up and grew through an “organic” process. In this podcast we learn about BluIP’s unique services and offerings. According to Shahoveissi, BluIp’s Microsoft offering is unique and fills the gaps left by Microsoft’s actual product. BluIP offers faxing, call center features and even functionality with legacy installations. The service is fee based. Shahoveissi lays out the case for the enterprise and the opportunities available to the channel.
