Podcast: Adaptive CloudUC follows the user throughout the day, delivering unique experiences

One of the challenges that the cloud communications community is confronting is the need to make the features that are being sold, more accessible and easier to use. At the close of 2019, BroadSource, a Cloud Communications Alliance member, was issued a patent for Adaptive Cloud Unified Communications technologies. In this podcast Haydn Faltyn, CEO and Michael Gliana, Chief Technology Officer of BroadSource give a look at this new technology which allows CloudUC systems to adapt to subscriber behavior without requiring explicit user intervention. It integrates mobile computing devices with Cloud Unified Communications systems. Faltyn and Gliana believes that Adaptive CloudUC will give BroadSource’s clients a major offering because it makes the “network follow the user, instead of the other way around.” From the standpoint of the individual user, the fumbling around with logins and portals is replaced with simple, elegant and easy to mange experiences. We learn how these differentiated experiences will set BroadSource’s community of service providers apart at a time when offering a non-commoditized product is more important than ever.
