Podcast: CallCabinet builds on unique cloud-based brand

According to CallCabinet’s new CRO, Ron Romanchik, CallCabinet and its flagship Atmos brand are unique. In this podcast we learn about CallCabinet’s call recording and call center workforce tools that were built, “from the ground up in the cloud.” Indeed, the Romanchik also explains how his job title, chief revenue officer, reflects the cloud business approach where on-going revenue takes the place of the traditional inventory and one-time sales model. “The growth is in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 space,” says Romanchik as CallCabinet is increasingly a product customer buy through their service provider. Romanchik describes that the changes occurring in the enterprises, and the enterprise’s increased use of cloud based, carrier provided ancillary products and services is reshaping the call recording landscape and how CallCabinet is retaining a qualitative edge in the market by being ahead of these trends.
