Podcast: Poly Introduces Studio X Series and host of hardware designed for Microsoft Teams at Microsoft Ignite 2019

Today on the podcast, we speak with Tim Root, Vice President of Group Products at Poly, live from the Microsoft Ignite show floor. Tim gets us up to speed with this week’s announcements from Poly, which include new purpose-built additions to Poly’s existing video and collaboration hardware specifically for Microsoft Teams. As part of a new Microsoft category, collaboration bars for Microsoft teams, Poly is announcing the Studio X series video collaboration bars, Poly Studio X30 and Poly Studio X50, that feature a built-in native Microsoft Teams experience. In addition, Poly is announcing the certification of Poly Studio USB for Microsoft Teams, as well as a host of other devices that now seamlessly integrate with the Teams ecosystem, including Poly CCX Series phones, Calisto 3200, Voyager Office Series for teams, and Poly Managed Services for Teams. Tim walks us through Poly’s approach to the cloud-based app and collaboration ecosystem and describes how this move solidifies Poly as a leader in end-to-end solutions for Microsoft Teams.
