Podcast: SkySwitch powers up the MSP market with white label offering

Newly announced service makes white cloud service easier for MSP’s to brand

“I’ve always been enamored with the idea of giving tools to business owners to run a service,” says Eric Hernaez, founder of SkySwitch. In this podcast, recorded at the Vectors 2019 conference, a user conference for SkySwitch’s MSP partner community, Hernaez shares his personal journey in founding SkySwitch and his ongoing vision to enable businesses to focus and specialize in offering the latest in cloud communications with a flexible and customizable platform. We hear that the Vectors event saw record attendance.

Hernaez outlines what he sees as immediate and medium-term opportunities for the MSPs, especially in serving the needs of smaller businesses that Hernaez sees as being somewhat neglected by traditional resources. Hernaez also discusses a new development from SkySwitch that will make the SkySwitch service easier to brand and market for each individual MSP. The updated version of the SkySwitch storefront makes it easier for resellers to sell SIP Trunks because it is configured not only for end-users to purchase them, but also to support the SIP trunks they sell. “They (the MSPs) can really create a Unified Communications platform that speaks to their market,” said Hernaez.
