TelcoBridges Announces Availability of ProSBC Session Border Controller as a Service, MSP Expo Podcast

“It's been a few weeks now since we first announced that the TelcoBridges has offered now our ProSBC session border controller also as service, and this is, we think is really an interesting offering for the MSPs in the industry, because it gives them an opportunity to be able to deploy those valuable session border controller services without the overhead work of having to get trained, and do all the education necessary,” says Alan Percy, CMO at TelcoBridges.

"What it does is it makes the management, installation, configuration, supervision and monitoring of that SBC all our responsibility. And that offloads that work from the MSP. This is a big advantage and a great step forward. Oh, yeah, we think for the MSPs, this solves a lot of the workforce education gap It makes it much, much easier for them.”

TelcoBridges, a leading designer and manufacturer of carrier-grade session border controller software, announced in January availability of their award-winning ProSBC session border controller software as a fully managed service. ProSBC as a service includes a product license subscription, with a bundle of professional service hours to instantiate, configure, integrate, test, and monitor the client’s SBC. The service is billed monthly with incentives for long duration contracts. Benefits include fast deployment, less time training, expert configuration, high reliability, and peace of mind with 24×7 monitoring.
