Evolve IP Announce New Country Sales Manager To Spearhead Dutch Growth Strategy
Evolve IP empowers channel partners and drives sustainable growth in the Netherlands with Joran Klarenbeek as Country Sales Manager.
Rotterdam, Holland - October 28, 2025 - Cloud collaboration specialist Evolve IP has promoted Joran Klarenbeek to spearhead operations across the Netherlands as part of a new Country Sales Manager role.
Joran has been working for the channel-only service provider for the last four years and has been elevated from his previous Business Development Manager position.
Directly supported by Partner Manager Michael Vermeulen and a wider international team, the 36-year-old is focused on expanding Evolve IP’s core partner base and providing enhanced levels of customer support and the latest white-label technology solutions to existing resellers.
Joran says the communications world is in his blood, having started his career working for his father’s IT business in 2007.
“I’ve been involved in telecoms and IT for 15 years and previously worked for six years with one of our partners so I have a good understanding of the channel and what is required. I am now responsible for all sales across the Netherlands and developing our overall growth strategy. We’re looking to extend the team next year as we continue to thrive and prosper.”
Controlled growth
Joran, who lives in Alkmaar, added: “We might be a little different to some of our rivals in that we’re not looking to have as many partners as possible. Our focus is to develop even closer working relationships with a core base and add a select number of others in a controlled, strategic and mutually beneficial way. We want to work as closely together as possible to become an extension of their teams, as if we are one of their colleagues.”
AI, APIs and technology integration is where Evolve IP shines and can make a big difference, according to Joran.
“We continually develop new solutions and partnerships as part of a constantly evolving technology landscape. Take our latest alliance with customer experience automation specialist Talkdesk, for example which really powers-up our AI proposition especially in the CCaaS space.”
Afraid
He concluded: “The Dutch labor market is challenging, with call centers and customer contact centers struggling to fill vacancies, and certainly not the people with the right qualifications. Furthermore, phone anxiety plays a role among younger generations, a situation many recognize. Young people prefer chat/WhatsApp as their primary means of communication over picking up the phone.
“Fortunately, we at Evolve IP are well-placed to capitalize on this, especially through our partnership with Talkdesk, which harnesses the power of AI. We can do this by offering applications where an interactive knowledge base supports agents by presenting the correct answers and creating an automatic summary after each call. Digital channels like email, chat, and WhatsApp are also part of the solution. Fortunately, the number of interactions through these channels will only increase in the coming years.”
Joran reports directly to Global Sales Director, Alex Finn, who highlighted: “The Dutch market is very important to us and Joran is the ideal person to help lead us further forward, supported by Michael and a wider team. All the foundations are in place for a very successful 2026.”
