SARENET AND SARESOFT SIGN A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT FOR THE INTEGRATION OF VOICE SERVICES IN THE CRM ALQUITEK AND INMOTEK SOLUTIONS

'-The result is the inclusion of Sarevoz in two complete platforms especially aimed at the management of real estate assets and comprehensive rental Zamudio - October 20, 2020.- Sarenet (https://www.sarenet.es), the voice and data operator and specialized hosting services for companies, has signed a collaboration agreement with Saresoft (www.saresoft.com), a consulting company, SaaS systems and digital integrations expert in specific solutions for the real estate sector. This company develops and offers two complete systems oriented to the real estate market. On the one hand Inmotek, a SaaS system with a robust CRM that allows managing the property portfolio, matching them with demand, organizing clients and suppliers, updating the website in real time, publishing on portals and checking email, among other functionalities. Alquitek, for its part, is a SaaS service for comprehensive centralized rental management, which can also be linked to the management of Inmotek to continue the management of an asset from the end of its commercialization. The agreement contemplates the integration of Sarevoz (Sarenet's Voice IP technology) in both CRMs, in such a way that an automation of the call register is generated that allows a precise analysis of the activity of salespeople and clients. The user can also identify any incoming number from their contacts and access the record of previous interests and communications. The system allows, in turn, the recording of conversations in case it is necessary to hear any relevant data again. Sarevoz, Sarenet's Voice IP solution, allows each corporate network to be custom configured, with a secure, scalable telephony and communications system tailored to the needs of each business. It integrates landlines, mobile phones and switchboards and protects all network devices with cybersecurity tools selected and tested by an expert team.
