Asure Software Announces Strategic Partner Agreement with DoubleHorn

AUSTIN, Texas (June 2, 2015) – Asure Software (Nasdaq: ASUR), a leading provider of hoteling, space management and time & attendance software solutions, today announced a partnership with DoubleHorn, a leading  cloud managed services and hosted IT provider, which will sell Asure’s services as part of its SaaS-based cloud brokerage services. “DoubleHorn needed a best-in-class workspace management and mobile solution in its Communications and Collaboration solution portfolio,” said Steven Rodriguez, COO at Asure Software. “Asure is constantly exploring opportunities to grow and enhance our network of strategic partners worldwide.  As a 10-year veteran and award-winning cloud broker, a partnership with DoubleHorn is a natural fit for us. We are excited to be partnering with them and look forward to a long-term, strategic relationship that is in direct alignment with our growth strategy at Asure.” “Cloud is the new way of IT and increasingly enterprises (Public and Private) are adopting cloud technologies to match shrinking IT budgets,” said Tab Schadt, CEO of DoubleHorn. “Our venture into cloud services accelerated after being awarded the Texas DIR (Department of Information Resources) Cloud Services Contract, which may also be used by many other states for Cloud Services procurement through inter-local agreements. This arrangement enables SLED (state and local government and education) organizations to bypass cumbersome RFP processes to save time, save money and find best-in-class solutions that are offered at a value-based price,”. Schadt continued, “Our experience in successfully serving the public sector has enabled us to extend our services into the private sector based on demand. When the need for a cloud-based and mobile space management solution arose in our solutions portfolio, Asure Software’s capabilities far surpassed any expectations.  Their focus on the cloud and mobile capabilities fills a rapidly growing demand and is an excellent option for our customers that are looking for ways to manage mobile workers, hoteling initiatives, and alternative work arrangements. We look forward to partnering with Asure Software on future opportunities.” More at www.asuresoftware.com
